Oof, I've been out of the loop for a little while too. I feel super lost so far as helping out with the puzzles, but this did seem to line up with something I'd noticed and mentioned in another part of the forum. All the original pictures/links we get are the many different ways to die in the manor. I'm wondering if "finishing the sentence" is finding one (all?) of the other ways to die that aren't pictured in that final page? There are eleven pictures, so it matches up with all the different parts, (although at the time of writing I don't remember somebody dying by being shot with an arrow, although it's 1:30am so its entirely possible that I'm forgetting or missed it somewhere. I did try "bugs" and "bug" as well, since they had really been the things to eventually kill people, but that didn't work out. I'm going to mull this over a little more later, but I've got some more work to do before I eventually pass out, but feel free to take the idea and run with it if someone wants to.

I loved it. I have a feeling that it's possible solving the final riddle(s) could give us the "true" ending to the story - but even if that's not the case it was still so much fun to see the different routes you wrote and get to play the game (I smirk as I write those last few words.) Thank you for putting so much time and effort into all of this, Jack. It was a hell of a ride, and I can't wait to see more.

Okay so after jotting down the words on the grid I had another thought (again, not sure if its helpful but here it is:) What else uses random words that occasionally has helpful information that we've seen before? The Russian Radio. What if it's not Russian, but Polish? A tie to Zdzislaw Beksinski, the Polish artist?

Another thing (one I found more amusing than anything else but it might be helpful maybe?) is that in Jack's voicemail he said if we were calling about Bedside Manor we could go shit ourselves, and that's what Jerry "counter-counter offered" to the Detective. Lolz.

@LelouchViBrit A thought from the other stories crossed my mind as well. The "parent code" being the Tales From the Gas Station stories and the "sub code" being this wonderfully odd little side story, although I'm not sure if that gets us closer to solving the puzzle.

I noticed that several of our hidden links throughout the story parts brought us to images that represent how people can die in the Manor, (the wolf, the suit of armor, the knife/stabbing, etc. The fire could be the bomb or it might be representative of something we haven't seen yet. EDIT: Following up after reading part 8, there we've got the fire, "koda" the polar bear, and the bullet. Definitely the many ways to die, although I don't know if that has anything to do with the individual puzzles.

It was dialogue, grammar goes out the window with people "speaking" lol.

Does anybody know any codes that might include this set of x's and o's, as well as the phrase in blue from part 5 (I can’t find the bugs anywhere, dude.)? Have we found out if that phrase gave us a clue for anything else?

I noticed that too, but with those there are supposed to be blanks left open where you try to fill in the x's and o's and keep there from being more than two in a row.

I tried seeing if they could stand for raised-dots and blanks like braille (in two by three rectangles.) Using this braille key I was able to get a semblance of numbers and letters (using the x's as raised-dots) but it didn't work as the password ('cause of course I try it even if it's nonsense.) Ended up getting "#22887776" or "#bbhhgggff" in case that jogs someone's memory. I did notice a possible weird pattern among the x's and o's t while I was messing with that but I have no idea what it might lead to. *shrug* I like to think of my attempts as "Eliminating possibilities" 😅

And here's just.... the different letters being different colors. Thought it might be some sort of picture or something, didn't seem to be but maybe it'll spark inspiration.

I did kinda try just looking at the x's and o's individually to see if their placements spelled out anything but I didn't see anything. Could try mapping it out though.

Reverse searching the image of the fire brings up Exodus (from the Bible). I'm hesitant to suggest that might be a clue 'cause it might just be a cool picture of fire, but I've done several searches for fire images fairly recently for a project and none of them had anything to connect them to Exodus so I thought it was weird enough to bring up.

Let's give it a shot. Why the hell not? EDIT: I didn't think about it until I actually sat down to give it a try but it's tough to tell which symbol in the hidden pic is which on the key.

I’d like to think the cat was comfier than the water bottle since cats are an amorphous liquidsolid 😂 I ended up staying up ‘till 4am playing Hellsign on Steam (I recommend it for any of you gamers out there, it’s right up paranormal alley) and just woke up to find part 7 as well, and am trying to gain enough of a brain to puzzlesolve. I’ll see about helping decipher that love letter (ya know, ’cause it’s a bunch of x’s and o’s ... I’ll see myself out 😅)
